Admiral Locklear: Montenegro contributes to global peace, NATO fully supports its integration process

Podgorica, Montenegro (14 September 2011) -- Montenegro enjoys the full support of the NATO on its European and Euro-Atlantic integration path, Commander of the Allied Joint Forces Naples Admiral Samuel J. Locklear pointed out during his meeting with Prime Minister Igor Lukšić earlier today.

PM Lukšić expressed his Government's full commitment to achieving foreignl policy key priorities and acquainted Admiral Locklear with the current activities and plans in Montenegro’s integration agenda.

The two officials agreed that Montenegro makes a significant contribution towards establishing global peace through the Montenegrin soldiers’ participation in peacekeeping missions, as well as through pursuing policy of maintaining regional stability.
