Ninth Session of the Council for Regulatory Reforms and Business Environment Improvement

At the session was discussed the implementation of activities envisaged by the Action Plan and it was concluded that most of the short-term activities have been implemented within the prescribed time. The Council considered the recommendations from the report of foreign investors in Montenegro on the investment environment in the country, so - called "White Paper". The Council tasked the competent institutions, within their competences, to consider recommendations with the objective of improving the business environment and to include them in the Action Plan for the reform of the ease of doing business for the next year. The Council supported the implementation of activities aimed at further improvement of the situation in the field of construction permits being the responsibility of the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection.
