"…The population census is the most popular and one of the most important statistical activities, and also the most extensive and most complex statistical research for a country. Census of Population, households and dwellings, which will be conducted in Montenegro in 2011, will be organized in accordance with the Constitution and programme documents for the development of statistics and statistical systems. Collected data on the number and structure of the population will mean the fulfillment of obligations towards the European Union and the international institutions on the use of comparable data in time and space, and data collected in the census will be used only for statistical purposes. This is an important aspect which we must be aware of, because different interpretations can only contribute to the confusion of our citizens, who are the most important link in this entire process ...".
