"…The global economic crisis, as a continuation of the financial crisis, has helped that certain values emerge to the surface. Though some values are becoming dominant, if not in practice, certainly in the announcements, after which, sooner or later, will be followed by the implementation of such policies. One of these perceptions is the need to improve the business environment, and the second axis is the free trade. Without their further development it is difficult to count on the full recovery of the global economy. Both of these policies in the long run will definitely bring benefits to the economy, being associated with the structural reforms. It is necessary to continue to further improve the structural environment, because it is the only way for Europe to retain competitiveness with other parts of the world, in the long run ... "
