Talks of the two sides were exhaustive and as far as Montenegro is concerned negotiations are completed. Montenegrin side has offered some options and the opinion of the Ukrainian side is pending, thus the conclusion of a bilateral agreement between Montenegro and Ukraine depend on this opinion.
