"The beginning of the 21^st  century was featured by the two crises, and a whole set of challenges being interrelated. The World has entered the 21^st Century with the food crisis, energy crisis and climate change challenges. This does not mean that any of these three issues did not exist in the early history ... However, what is subjected to the change is the perception of a man on these issues and it is possible that the presence of these crises is something that brought into light the need for further technological order. So far, all these challenges were bridged by the technological progress, accumulation of knowledge. Once the main fuel was wood, then coal, then oil, now is probably nuclear energy. When we look at the total global demand at this moment there is no solution but to make further examination in this area ... "
