Steering Committee Meeting of the Project “First Steps for a Decentralized Implementation System

The aforementioned Project represents a continuation of the previous Project, financed from the CARDS programme, which lasted 15 months. The main objective of the continuation, during time period of 60 days, was to eliminate deficiencies identified by the international auditing firm KPMG in so-called Gap Assessment. It was concluded that the Project was of great assistance to Montenegrin administration in drafting the action plan, which includes all required activities to be undertaken with the objective of meeting recommendations given in the Auditors Report.
