Press Release on generated source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro and state – owned funds budgets, for the period from 1st January to 31st July 2010

In July 2010, source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro and state – owned funds were generated in the amount of EUR 103,38 million, which is by 4.37% above than planned for this month, while compared to July last year, they are higher by 0,7%. Source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro and state – owned funds in the period January – July 2010, amount to EUR 614.36 million, which is by 2.90% lower than the same period last year. The structure of source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro as state – owned funds, in this period is as follows: collection of tax revenues was generated in the amount of EUR 576,45 million, out of which direct taxes were collected in the amount of EUR 250,63 million, indirect taxes were collected in the amount of EUR 325,82 million. Tax based revenues amounted to EUR 371,13 million, being by 8.64% lower than planned. VAT collection was recorded in the amount of EUR 205,18 million. Contributions based revenues amount to EUR 197,06 million, being by 15.75% higher than planned for seven months of 2010. Collection of international trade and transactions taxes was generated in the amount of EUR 28.91 million, which is by 12.71% higher than planned. Collection of non-tax revenue was generated in the amount of EUR 46.17 million (being by 17.9% less than planned ones), out of which duty based revenues amounted to EUR 12.5 million, fee based revenues amounted to EUR 15.0 million, other income was generated in the amount of EUR 16.8 million, and receipts from the repayment of loans amounted to EUR 1.8 million. In comparison with the realization achieved in first seven months of last year, the source revenues of the Budget and state – owned funds budget are 16.67% above the generated revenues in last year.
