Source revenues of the Budget and state – owned funds in August higher by 13,2%

In August 2010, source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro and state – owned funds were generated in the amount of EUR 109.18 million, which is by 13.2% higher than planned for this month. Source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro and state – owned funds in the period January – August 2010, amount to EUR 724.34 million, which is by 3.37% higher than the same period last year, while they are less by 2.15% compared to the plan. The structure of source revenues of the Budget of Montenegro as state – owned funds, in this period is as follows: collection of tax revenues was generated in the amount of EUR 669,46 million, out of which direct taxes were collected in the amount of EUR 299,44 million, indirect taxes were collected in the amount of EUR 370,02 million. Tax based revenues amounted to EUR 440,28 million, being by 7.87% lower than planned. VAT collection was recorded in the amount of EUR 246,18 million. Contributions based revenues amount to EUR 229,19 million, being by 16.33% higher than planned for eight months of 2010. Collection of international trade and transactions taxes was generated in the amount of EUR 33.54 million, which is by 11.30% higher than planned. Collection of non-tax revenue was generated in the amount of EUR 54.83 million (being by 16% less than planned ones), out of which duty based revenues amounted to EUR 14.48 million, fee based revenues amounted to EUR 18.58 million, other income was generated in the amount of EUR 19.65 million, and receipts from the repayment of loans amounted to EUR 2.17 million. We are emphasizing that we realized EUR 22 million of revenues from the repayment of loans by Prva Bank in first eight months of 2009. If we exempt the revenue obtained from the Prva Bank, being were temporary revenues and EUR13 million of reconciled liabilities relating to last year, the source revenues of the Budget would be at the level of 4.8% above the generated revenues in the first eight moths of the last year.
