The joint mission of the General Directorate for Enlargement of the European Commission, Regional Policy and Employment (DG ELARG, DG REGIO, and DG EMPL) has visited Montenegro, with the purpose of holding meetings with all actors in the process of preparing strategic documents and procedures for introducing IPA Component III (Regional Development), and Component IV (Human Resources). The main purpose of schedule visit, was to improve the process of drafting the Strategic Coherence Framework – CSF and Operating Programmess - OPs, which are necessary for introducing DIS (Decentralized Implementation System and obtaining accreditation and the use of funds through the IPA Components III and IV. The money from these two components will be available to Montenegro after acquiring the candidate status
