According to the Government’s Operative Team, more than 1450 households with 5289 members are currently affected by the unprecedented floods in Montenegro.
The flood-hit households are being constantly provided with hygiene parcels, boots and fuel for boats and mechanisation.
Medical and Public Health Institute teams are constantly in the field, visiting patients, advising the population and disinfecting the facilities from which water has drained. The current hygienic and epidemiological situation is stable and under control.
Veterinary services are working hard to prevent livestock diseases and provide treatment where necessary, particularly in collective centres.
