The judiciary reform support project between HJPC, IMG and Montenegro’s Justice Ministry is financed by the Norwegian Government and it focuses primarily on the misdemeanour system, establishing of the Registry of fines and misdemeanours, and the Justice Information System.

DPM Markovic and his guests discussed IT solutions for the judiciary and the Justice Ministry, and they also agreed that a comprehensive strategy for a re-organisation of the judiciary bodies’ structure should be drafted by the end of 2012.

They also announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the HJPC and IMG in mid-March.
