Monthly Report with consolidated fiscal data for January

Having in mind the importance of data availability on leading economic trends, the Ministry of Finance has started with the practice of publishing a consolidated Monthly Report which includes the data on both the revenues and expenditures budget perspective, debt and deposits trends, as well as the data on issued guarantees.

In the light of the above, the Ministry of Finance has produced a First Monthly Report with consolidated fiscal data for January, providing an overview of generated budget current revenues and expenditures, state debt and deposits trends, as well as the amount of issued guarantees as of 31 January 2011.

The monthly reporting practice is aimed at providing additional transparency, representing the continuation of practice of regular publishing of economic indicators and data on the web – site of the Ministry of Finance.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Finance, as of this year, has introduced a practice of publishing monthly plans for budget current revenues.
