PM Luksic underlines importance of Internet and social media as Montenegro continues its EU bid

Prime Minister Igor Luksic participated in Brussels Forum, an annual meeting of North American and European high-level political, corporate and intellectual leaders, held on 25-27 March.

Taking part in the session “Young Professionals Summit”, the PM expressed his opinion on a number of topics, emphasising the importance of internet and social networking in today’s world with regard to their significant role in doing business, economy and politics, as well as in bridging the gap and the lack of communication between citizens on the one hand and institutions and decision-makers on the other.

Prime Minister Luksic also addressed the issues concerning political willingness for further enlargement within the European Union and the progress Montenegro has achieved to date in its integration aspirations.
