Agenda of the “Balkan Networking for Social Empowerment of South-Eastern Europe” conference in Montenegro, May 22

BUDVA, Montenegro – Distinguished political and business leaders and prominent civil society figures from South-Eastern Europe will meet in Budva, Montenegro on 22 May 2011 for the Inaugural Conference “Balkan Networking for Social Empowerment of South-Eastern Europe.”

The keynote speaker at the Conference will be Bill Clinton, the Founder of the William J. Clinton Foundation and 42nd U.S. President. Panellists and guests will include former heads of state and government from the region, high government and state officials, ambassadors, prominent businessmen, and civil society and media representatives.

The conference agenda comprises welcome addresses by Prime Minister Igor Lukšić and Atlas Group President Duško Knežević, the keynote address by Bill Clinton and two panel-sessions:

i. 14.30 Two Decades After – Lessons Learnt, New Ideas and Shared Values
