Montenegro signs three cooperation agreements with China

Podgorica, Montenegro (23 June 2011) – Deputy Prime Minister Vujica Lazović said at the press statement earlier today that the Government has signed three agreements on economic, technical and administrative cooperation with PR China.
The first is the technical cooperation agreement, by which the Chinese Government grants to Montenegro over 10 million Yuan (a bit over 1 million EUR) of technical assistance, which will be used in cooperation projects. The second provides for education programmes on the environment and infrastructure management to be organised in China for 70 civil servants from Montenegro. The third agreement deals with enhancing cooperation in the area of transport infrastructure.
DPM Lazović and Deputy Minister of Commerce of China Zhong Shan agreed that these agreements will further improve excellent relations between the two friendly countries and pledged their commitment to that end.
