Helicopter Units’ Activities

Slovenian helicopter has transported 13 volunteers and 200 kg of food to seven locations in the area of Plužine.

Greek helicopter transported to Plav members of the Armed Forces of Montenegro to assist in cleaning up the town.

Two “Gaselle” helicopters of the Armed Forces of Montenegro have transported a total of 300 liters of fuel in the area of Veruša.

Airplane and Helicopter Unit of the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro has evacuated this morning one heavy patient from village Stožer from Bijelo Polje municipality. Currently the operation of transportation of the volunteers from Podgorica to Kolašin villages Liješnje, Velje duboko, Prekobrđe and Gornja Morača is being conducted. That Unit is also delivering food to snowbound villages in Kolašin municipality. This will be followed by the distribution of food in the area of Mojkovac municipality.

An old woman is being evacuated at the moment from village Prekobrđe to Clinical Center of Montenegro, while one “Gaselle” of the Armed Forces of Montenegro is transporting employees of Energy Company from Morača monastery to village Liješnje, and another one is transporting sick person from village Ravni to Clinical Center of Montenegro.
