Deputy Minister for Defense Policy Ivan Masulovic and Austrian military Attaché Brigadier General Reinhard Schöberl  have signed the  Bilateral cooperation plan for 2012.

The Bilateral cooperation plan between the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Austria for 2012 includes seven activities in Montenegro and fifteen activities in the Republic of Austria. This year's plan also includes the  visit of  the Austrian Chief of General Staff to Montenegro.

The focus of this Plan is on mountain units training and German language courses  for which the Ministry of Defense and Sports of Austria has shown great interest and has provided significant support to the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro, which is reflected in sending Montenegrin Armed Forces representatives to special courses in Austria.

Deputy Minister for Defense Policy  Masulovic and Brigadier General Schöberl  expressed satisfaction with the cooperation achieved so far, with the belief that this trend will continue also this year.

Confirmation of the excellent cooperation is the forthcoming  visit of Deputy Minister  Mašulović  to Vienna, which will be conducted  at the end of March 2012, upon the invitation of the  Deputy Minister for Defense  Policy in the Austrian Ministry of Defense Major General Johan Pucher.

After the signing of the Plan, Austrian military Attaché Brigadier General Reinhard Schöberl had the meeting with the representatives of the General Staff of  the Montenegrin Armed Forces. That was the opportunity to discuss about the details of the implementation of certain activities from the Plan for 2012.
