Signed Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan for 2012 with the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Poland

The Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan between the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro and the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Poland has been signed today at the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro.

The plan, which refers to the cooperation between  two Ministries in 2012, provides training  of the officers in Poland and visit to the Center for the helicopter pilot trainning in Golubovci. This is the first Bilateral Military Cooperation  Plan after the signing of the Agreement of Defense Cooperation between the Government of Montenegro and the Government  of the Republic of Poland, which was signed at the beginning of the last year.

Polish military attaché Colonel Jerzy Szczepanczyk stressed the importance of the concretization of defense cooperation between the two countries and expressed the belief that this cooperation will be intensified  in the coming years.

Head of Department for International Cooperation in the MoD of Montenegro Major Sasa Jovanovic  expressed satisfaction for  the signing  of the Plan and stressed that cooperation with the Republic of Poland is of great importance for Montenegro, particularly in terms of training and experience exchange.
