The Project Implementing Units now invites eligible qualified consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services for Elaboration of national laws/by-laws in Albania and Montenegro in accordance with EU Directives on protected areas and Preparation of a bilateral binding agreement between government of Albania and government Montenegro for the protection and sustainable development of lake Skadar-Shkodra watershed.
