Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project “Achieving the highest safety and technical quality of construction”

The first Steering Committee meeting of Twinning project Achieving the highest safety and technical quality of construction was held today, July 30, in premises of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, with the following agenda:

1. Presentation of draft quarterly report
2. Evaluation of the Draft, proposal for changes
3. Progress estimation in Twinning implementation in first two months
4. Discussion on activities planned for next quarter.

The meeting was attended by Mr Danilo Gvozdenović, assistant to the Minster for Sustainable Development and Tourism, Ms Joanna Gajdek, MS project leader on behalf of the Austrian Standards Institute, Mr Georg Wiesner Attaché

Operations Task Manager – Infrastructure & Transport from DEU, Mr Tariq Nawaz, Resident Twinning Advisor, and representatives of the Ministry for Sustainable Development and Tourism, Hydrological and Meteorological Service of Montenegro, Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, Faculty for Architecture, Seismological Observatory and Ministry of Interior – sector for civil safety and emergency situations.

Danilo Gvozdenović, assistant to the Minster for Sustainable Development and Tourism, as a beneficiary country and Ms Joanna Gajdek, MS project leader, welcomed the participants.

General assessment is that project activities are implemented in line with planned schedule.
