Montenegro’s Prime Minister Đukanović voted Person of the Year by Bosnia and Herzegovina’s „Nezavisne novine“ newspaper

Podgorica, Montenegro (18 December 2012) – Prime Minister of Montenegro Milo Đukanović has been voted Person of the Year 2012 by readers and the editorial board of the „Nezavisne novine“ newspaper from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This notable recognition is traditionally awarded to persons who have made great achievements in various areas.
„I share this award with all who have in any way promoted te policy of dialogue. For me, this recognition serves primarily as a recognition to a modern, democratic, and European Montenegro, who wishes to be a good and reliable neighbour and to contribute to stability and reconcilliation in South-Eastern Europe,“ Prime Minister Đukanović noted in his video-address to the award ceremony.
