PM Đukanović sends condolences on occasion of tragic bus accident
Podgorica, Montenegro (24 June2013) -- Prime Minister Milo Đukanović sent a telegram of condolence to his Romanian counterpart Victor Ponta on occasion of the tragic bus accident in Montenegro, in which 18 Romanian citizens lost their lives and 29 severely were injured.
"Allow me, on behalf of the Government and the citizens of Montenegro, as well as in my own name, to extend my deepest condolences. Our sympathies for your losses and our thoughts are with the families of the victims and the injured, as well as with all the citizens of Romania who are strongly affected by this grave accident," PM Đukanović says in his telegram.
During his visit to the injured hospitalised in the Clinical Center of Montenegro, the Prime Minister convinced himself of the commitment and eager work of all institutions and employees in providing adequate care to the injured, as well as of the Montenegrin citizens' devotion and humanity, particularly of those who assisted in the rescue of the victims, the telegram concludes.
