PM Đukanović, OSCE 's Hrebickova: Integration processes require joint efforts of all social stakeholders

Podgorica, Montenegro (31 January 2014) -- Prime Minister Milo Đukanović hosted Thursday Head the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Ambassador Janina Hrebickova.

Ambassador Hrebickova emphasised that Montenegro’s integration into the EU and NATO requires joint efforts of all social stakeholders, as well as their constructive role and sense of responsibility. She said that the Mission under her leadership will continue implementing all the started projects, and, having in mind the OSCE’s specific role, focus on activities that are essential for Montenegro’s further progress.

The OSCE Ambassador welcomed the Government of Montenegro’s ahievements in the period after the restoration of independence, democratic reforms, economic development and the progress made towards European and Euro-Atlantic accession. She hghlighted the positive role of the Montenegrin leadership which has proven ability to successfully address all the challenges Montenegro was facing in the recent past.

Prime Minister stressed that Montenegro will continue to be the OSCE's constructive and proactive partner, which will further strengthen the reform process, economic development and speed up the country’s journey towards the EU and NATO membership.
