United Arab Emirates (UAE) interested in Montenegro’s coast and mountain tourism potential

Podgorica, Montenegro (20 March 2014) – United Arab Emirates (UAE) have a keen interest in investing in Montenegro’s tourism development at the coast and in the mountain region, the UAE delegation which is currently visiting Montenegro noted at their meeting earlier today in Podgorica with the representatives of the Ministry for Sustainable Development and Tourism.

The Ministry’s Director General for Tourism Development Olivera Brajović presented to the UAE delegation the business environment and investment potentials in Montenegro, including the ongoing projects of Aman Sveti Stefan, Portonovi Kumbor, Luštica Bay, and Porto Montenegro.

The delegation’s attention was particularly caught by the prospective future projects in Montenegro’s north, and especially the projects for the Bjelasica and Komovi mountains. They agreed with the Ministry to continue cooperation with the view to ensuring a greater promotion of Montenegro at the UAE market.
