China, Jinling (1 October 2014) – Montenegro's Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs Ivan Brajović attended the ceremony of placing the ship named “Budva“ in active service, which took place in the Chinese shipyard Jinling.

The ship is constructed according to all relevant international standards and it belongs to so called “green ships“ with reduced fuel consumption. The “Budva“ ship is a result of the fruitful cooperation between Montenegro and the Chinese Poly Group aimed at renewing the country's navy fleet.

Economic cooperation between the two countries will be enhanced after the implementation of infrastructure projects, particularly the construction of the Bar – Boljare motorway, Minister Brajović concluded.
