ANB Acting Upon Requests for Free Access to Information

In the period between 1 January 2013 and 30 September 2014, a total of 75 requests were submitted to the National Security Agency (ANB) for granting free access to information, for which,a total of 74 decisions were issued, whilea procedure upon 1 requestis underway.

Statistic Overview for the Aforementioned Period:
- a total of 74 decisions were issued, out of which:
25 decisionsgranting free access to information – 34%
15 decisions granting partial access to information – 20%
34 decisionsdenying access to requested information –46%

Statistic Overview for 2013
- 27 requests were submitted, upon which, it was issued:
11 decisions granting free access to information, 2 decisions granting partial access to information, and 14 decisions denying access to requested information.

Statistic Overview for 2014, until 30 September:
- 48 requests were submitted, upon which, it was issued:
14 decisions granting free access to information, 13 decisions granting partial access to information, and 20decisions denying access to requested information, while a procedure upon 1 request is underway.
