Italian employer’s organization Confindustria to open branch office in Montenegro

Rome, Italy (19 November 2014) – The main Italian association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy Confindustria is about to open its branch office in Montenegro, the meeting between Montenegro’s Economy Minister Vladimir Kavarić and the Confidustia’s representatives emphasised earlier today.

President of Confindustria Giorgio Squinzi informed the Montenegrin minister about their plans to open a branch office in Montenegro, adding the organisation is highly interested in investing in Montenegro. Mr Squinzy also told Minister Kavarić that the conference aimed at discussing infrastructure and energy is scheduled for February 2015 and will take place in Montenegro.

Minister Kavarić presented the investment framework of Montenegro with a particular emphasis on Italian investments, stressing the two countries should strengthen their economic and energy cooperation.
