Montenegro’s Open Government Partnership second Operational Team inaugural meeting

Montenegro’s second Operational Team for the Open Government Partnership (OGP) initiative held its inaugural meeting on 29 December 2014.

The Team members concluded in a constructive atmosphere that their efforts should be invested towards a swift development of a second action plan. It was agreed that the next meeting, to be held in mid-January, would be devoted to analysing the first action plan’s measures and activities which have not been implemented or have been implemented only partially.

The Operational Team agreed in principle with the Coordinator’s proposal that certain meetings of the Team should invite, in accordance with the Open Government Partnership principles, various civil society representatives who could contribute with their expertise and knowledge towards a higher quality of the second action plan and its efficiency.
