Participation of MoD and AF MNE members in the workshop “Delegation of Authority”

Representatives of the Ministry of Defence, team members for the implementation of the Integrity Plan of the MoD and AF MNE, participate in the workshop “Delegation of Authority” which is held in the period 19-20 March in Budva.

The aim of the workshop is exchanging the view on delegation of authority for making administrative decisions as a mean for better performance of the public sector, as well as the familiarization with the practices used in the Southeast Europe countries. In the workshop, legal solutions provided by the new Law on General Administrative Procedure of Montenegro will be also discussed, while the Norwegians, as partners in “Building Integrity in the Defence and Security Sector” project, will introduce to the workshop participants the practices used in their own country.

Besides the representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the workshop is also attended by the representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the Human Resources Management Authority and the Directorate for Anti-Corruption Initiative.
