NATO Membership Council Held its Session: Decesiveness of Montenegro to Continue with Fulfillment of its Obligations Defined in Key Fields was pointed out
The NATO Membership Council, on its session, held on 3 April 2015, chaired by the President of the Council, Prime Minister Milo Đukanović, considered the realized activities envisaged by the mechanism of intensified and focused talks, and defined further steps for enhancing cooperation between Montenegro and NATO, in the eve of December Ministerial Summit of the NATO member states, where it should be decided to invite Montenegro for membership.
It was pointed out decisiveness of Montenegro and all its institutions to continue with the fulfilment of all obligations, defined within the four key fields.
It was especially discussed about the activities of the NATO Membership Council Communication Team and the campaign which was intensified in the first quarter of 2015. Apart from the positively evaluated results achieved in the public dialoque on the NATO Membership of Montenegro, there were also considered further steps, aimed at improving the activities in this field in order to increase the level of public support for the realization of the goal.
The Council adopted a decision on personnel change in its set-up, as well as in the Council Communication Team set-up.
