Correction regarding daily DAN's article entitled "NATO does not want to promise invitation"

Podgorica, Montenegro (27 April 2015) -- The NATO Committee, as called by the daily DAN, in an article entitled "NATO does not want to promise invitation," is a technical office managing NATO's moving into a new building as the existing one is out of use, and it has no mandate to carry out political negotiations on issues such as the membership invitation. The decision will be made by NATO member states on the basis of the reform results in the key areas, in line with the decision of the NATO Summit in Wales.

In this case, it is about a purely technical communications with the office, during which Montenegro's ambassador and head of mission to NATO Dragan Radulović, given the inevitability of moving to a new NATO building for both member states and partner countries, as well as specific status of Montenegro in terms of the expected invitation, has examined all the possibilities to save money for taxpayers in Montenegro in order to avoid unnecessary costs of two movings within a short period of time.
