The Invitation for Expressions of Interest for Local Roads Reconstruction and Upgrade Project

The Government of Montenegro intends using the proceeds of the loan towards the cost of Local Roads Reconstruction and Upgrade Project. Executive Agency is the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs (MoTMA) represented by the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) within its Transport Directorate. The project is subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.
The main objective of this assignment shall be the Supervision of the Civil Works on the:
• Reconstruction of the 11.5 km long section from Lubnice to Jelovica, plus an additional length of approximately 1.4 km of the new road between Jelovica and Jezerine;
• Construction of a new realigned section 3.5 km long between Jelovica and Jezerine that includes a new 2.9 km long single bore road tunnel, and a 100m long bridge.
