Statetement by Vojin Vlahović, adviser to the Prime Minister, regarding media allegations of 5 April 2016

Regarding today’s media allegations according to which I am the “ultimate beneficiary” of a certain company in Panama, I declare – in order to inform the public accurately – that I am not nor have I ever been the “ultimate” or any other sort of “beneficiary” or the owner, co-owner, or representative of the aforementioned company or any other company or any other entity in Panama and that I have nothing to do with any entities in Panama.

I have never accepted the position of being a member of society in question or to be appointed to the position which is mentioned, and in this regard I have not ever signed or accepted appointment.

I do not have any secret accounts related to the work of that or any other company, nor have I ever received any compensation concerning this.

From the aforementioned it is clear that these are false allegations that I am a “beneficiary” of financial compensation on that basis, or any other compensation related to the aforementioned or any other similar company.
