Minister Vlahović leaves on visit to Malta to celebrate 10 years of independence of Montenegro

Minister of Science Sanja Vlahović left on an official visit to the Republic of Malta from 11 to 13 July 2016, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of independence and 1000 years of the statehood of Montenegro.

The Embassy of Montenegro in Rome and the Honorary Consulate of Montenegro in Malta will organise on 11 July 2016 in Valetta, Malta, a gala reception, where Minister Vlahovic on behalf of the Government of Montenegro will address the audience and open this important event.

This ceremony will be attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Malta, representatives of the diplomatic corps and representatives of Maltese institutions and travel agencies. This event will contribute to the development of new ideas and improvement of already established cooperation, and exchange of positive experiences on the implementation plan of joint activities.

Montenegrin delegation, led by Minister Vlahović, will have a series of bilateral meeting with members of the Government of the Republic of Malta and also will visit several relevant institutions in the field of science, research and development.
