Submitted bids for valorisation of Buljarica location in municipalities of Budva and Bar opened

Podgorica, Montenegro (19 July 2016) -- Public tender for the valorisation of the Buljarica Location in the municipalities of Budva and Bar was announced on 12 May 2016, and modified on 14 May 2016.

Accordingly, the deadline for submission of bids was 18 July 2016, during which another offer by an interested bidder was submitted to the Council for Privatisation and Capital Projects of the Government of Montenegro - the Tender Commission for Valorisation of the Buljarica Location.

In line with the Instructions to given to bidders, the mentioned offer was opened on 18 July 2016 at 13pm.

The potential bidder is the CDC International Corporation, whose legal representative and Director is Khalil Boutros Al Sholy, and Maja Đurović from Podgorica submitted the bid on his behalf.

In the further course of the procedure, the Tender Commission will primarily examine the formal validity of the submitted bid, and reach a decision in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, of which the public will be duly informed.
