PM Đukanović attends reception hosted by US President Obama

New York, the USA (21 September 2016) – Prime Minister Milo Đukanović and his wife were guests at the reception traditionally hosted by President of the United States Barack Obama for heads of delegation attending the UN General Assembly session.

During a brief greeting, President Obama congratulated Montenegro on the progress in Euro-Atlantic integration, and Prime Minister Đukanović thanked the United States and President Obama on the strong support regarding Montenegro's membership in NATO.

At the reception, PM Đukanović had a series of bilateral meetings, including with the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Argentina Mauricio Macri, colleagues from the region, as well as with other dignitaries.
