UK government’s communications managers to hold Academy of Communication for SEE colleagues

At the International Academy of Communication, which will be held in Budva on 13and 14 October 2016, the team of top managers of Communication Service of the Government of the United Kingdom will share the knowledge and experience of the British government with the counterparts from Southeast Europe regarding planning and management of campaigns and communication with citizens and the media.

Communications Service of the British Government is considered one of the world's most advanced services in this field, whose activities make a measurable contribution to public policy, in terms of encouraging positive social change, building the reputation of the country, improving emergency response and explaining government policies to the citizens.

Academy is organised by SEECOM, an association of civil servants for communication from the region of Southeast Europe, which is headquartered in Budva, with the support of the British Embassy in Podgorica.

British Deputy Ambassador to Montenegro Gavin Vessey, Head of Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro Srđan Kusovac, GREAT Campaign Director in the Prime Minister's Office and Cabinet Office Communications Conrad Bird and SEECOM Secretary General Vuk Vujnović will speak at the opening of the Academy, in the hotel Queen of Montenegro in Bečići on 13 October at 9.00 am.

Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and video recording of the opening of the Academy.
