Opening Ceremony of EU/CoE Horizontal Facility in Montenegro

Podgorica, Montenegro (23 November 2016) -- Minister of education Predrag Bošković will attend the opening ceremony of the European Union and the Council of Europe Joint Program called Horizontal Facility in Montenegro, which will be held on 24 November in the Hotel Hilton in Podgorica.

The speakers at the launching event will be EU Ambassador to Montenegro Aivo Orav and the Head of Programming Department of the Council of Europe Pilar Morales Fernandés-Shaw.

In addition to Minister Bošković, President of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro Desanka Lopičić, President of the Supreme Court Vesna Medenica, Chief State Prosecutor Ivica Stanković, Director General of the Directorate for Judiciary Marijana Laković-Drašković and Director of the Agency for Anti-Corruption Sreten Radonjić will speak at the event as representatives of the State institutions.

The ceremony will start at 9:30 am.
