EU Commissioner Hahn presents Institute for Emergency Medical Services of Montenegro with EU donation worth 670,000 EUR

Podgorica, Montenegro (8 December 2016) – Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn presented the Minister of European Affairs Aleksandar Andrija Pejović and the Minister of Health Kenan Hrapović with EU donation to the Institute for Emergency Medical Services of Montenegro. Donation, which is provided through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), consists of new, modern equipped specialised vehicles for emergency health response and additional medical equipment for emergency response. The value of this equipment is 670,000 EUR, which is provided through project Optimal use of energy and natural resources and mitigating natural disaster effects under IPA programme 2012.
