PM Marković hosts CRBC delegation: Priority is to complete highway project on schedule

Podgorica, Montenegro (19 December 2016) – Government of Montenegro is strongly focused on the development of infrastructure, as a key element of the overall progress. In that context, construction of the Bar-Boljare highway is of particular importance, Montenegrin Prime Minister Duško Marković underscored at today's meeting with the delegation of the Chinese CRBC company.

Both sides agreed that the two parties are ready to make further efforts to compensate for certain delays in the project implementation and accelerate works on the priority sectionto in order to comply with time limits set.

Noting that they are aware of the importance of the highway for Montenegro, but also for the CRBC, the representatives of the Chinese company stated commitment to the completion of the project on schedule and praised the openness and intention to tackle challenges through partnership and intensive cooperation.
