Czech Republic ratifies Protocol on Accession of Montenegro to NATO

Podgorica, Montenegro (12 January 2017) -- President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman signed a decree on the ratification of the Accession Protocol for Montenegro's membership in NATO, thus ending the procedure of ratification of the document in the country. Czech Parliament adopted a decree on the ratification of the Protocol on the Accession of Montenegro to the Alliance on 1 December 2016.

Czech Republic has become the twentieth NATO member state to ratify the Accession Protocol.
