Handover of 12 ambulances donated by Government of China

Podgorica, Montenegro (19 January 2016) – Keys to ambulances, the China’s donation to Montenegro, will be presented to the health institutions from Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Cetinje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Nikšić, Pljevlja, Plužine and Podgorica at the ceremony, which will be held at the Press Centre of the Government on 20 January 2017.

China has donated 12 ambulances and accompanying medical equipment in line with the letters of 11 March 2013 exchanged between the Government of Montenegro and China.

The value of the donation, which will have multiply positive effects on Montenegro's health system and contribute to boosting efficiency and care of patients, amounts to 4,500,000 yuan (≈615.000 €).

Journalists and cameramen who have annual accreditation issued by the Government of Montenegro can enter the Government’s building by using the accreditation card, along with an ID document. Journalists and cameramen who have no annual accreditation issued by the Government of Montenegro must seek the issuance of the daily accreditation by sending a letter signed by an executive via e-mail to: pr@gov.me or fax: +382 20 482 938.
