Brussels: Prime Minister Duško Marković meets with NATO Secretary-General

PR ServiceBrussels, Belgium (26 January 2017) – At the launch of his official visit to Brussels, Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković met with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg at the NATO Headquarters for talks on Montenegro’s final stage of becoming a fully fledged 29th member of the Alliance.

Prime Minister Marković’s decision to pay his first visit to NATO and the European Union testifies to the Government’s commitment to European and Euro-Atlantic integration processes and to the pursuit of the country’s strategic priorities in the field of foreign and security policy.

Prime Minister Marković and Secretary-General Stoltenberg will hold a press conference after the meeting at 09.45h, which will be broadcast live on NATO’s official website: http://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/events_67375.htm .
