Government proposes members of Board of Directors of Montenegro Airlines and EPCG

Podgorica, Montenegro (30 January 2017) – Earlier today, the Montenegrin Government, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of members of the Cabinet, and in line with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government of Montenegro, proposed member of the Board of Directors of Montenegrin Electric Enterprise and Montenegro Airlines.

Pursuant to Article 42, Paragraph 9 of the Companies Law ( "Official Gazette of the Republic Montenegro" No. 02/06 and "Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 17/07, 80/08, 40/10, 73/10, 36/11 and 40/11), the Government proposed to the shareholders' assembly of Montenegro Airlines AD Podgorica to appoint following members to the Board of directors of Montenegro Airlines AD Podgorica: Nikola Vukićević, Milica Abramović, Dragan Popović, Dženan Demić and Miroslav Bjelica; and to the shareholders' assembly of Montenegrin Electric Enterprise AD Nikšić, due to the resignation of two members of the Board of Directors of the company, to appoint following members to the new Board of Directors of the company, as representatives of the state capital: Đoko Krivokapić, Ljubo Knežević, Samir Hodžić and Ranko Milović.
