The officials expressed satisfaction with the cooperation between Montenegro and Bavaria and exchanged views on the possibilities for strengthening ties in the areas of rule of law, economy and culture. During his visit, Minister Darmanović spoke at the conference "The Future of the Euro-Atlantic Security-new role of the Western Balkans".

The focus of the gathering was the security situation in the Western Balkans and the role that this region has in the framework of the European security architecture.
