PM Marković to host Albanian counterpart on Monday

Podgorica, Montenegro (31 March 2017) – Prime Minister Dusko Markovic will host on Monday, 3 April 2017, Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, who will pay an official visit to Montenegro.

Albanian delegation will also include Minister of Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati and member of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania Paulin Sterkaj.

PMs Marković and Rama will have a tête-à-tête meeting, and at the same time foreign ministers of Montenegro and Albania Srđan Darmanović and Ditmir Bushati will have a bilateral meeting.

Following bilateral meeting, two delegations will have a plenary meeting, after which ministers Darmanović and Bushati will sign agreement on cooperation in the field of health between the Ministry of Health of Montenegro and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Albania.

Immediately after that, PMs Marković and Rama will give public statements.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEDIA COVERAGE:

Video cameramen and photo reporters are allowed to cover the following events:

1. The welcoming ceremony (at 10:25 am in front of the Villa Gorica - the arrival on the scene until 09:45 am);

2. Signing of the agreement on cooperation in the field of health between the Ministry of Health of Montenegro and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Albania (at 12:00 am in the Villa Gorica - the arrival on the scene until 11:45 am) and

3. Joint press conference of the Prime Minister of Montenegro and the Prime Minister of Albania (at 12:05 am in the Villa Gorica).

Journalists and cameramen who have annual accreditation issued by the Government of Montenegro can enter the Villa Gorica by using the accreditation card, along with ID card. Journalists and cameramen who have no annual accreditation issued by the Government of Montenegro must seek the issuance of the daily accreditation by sending a letter on official letterhead of the media signed by a person in charge at: pr@gov.me or fax: +382 20 482 938.

Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and video recording (video frame) of the beginning of the meetings and all events open to the media.
