Minister Hrapović to participate in SEE Health Ministerial Forum

At the invitation of the Minister of Health of Moldova Ruxanda Glavan, delegation of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro, led by Minister Kenan Hrapović, will participate in the Fourth SEE Health Ministerial Forum in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova, 3-4 April 2017.

The event seeks to further discuss the political and technical collaboration and the way forward for a closer partnership.

The Fourth Forum, under the theme “Health, well-being and prosperity in SEE by 2030 in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN”, follows 15 years of SEE cooperation (2001-2016).

The main purpose of the Forum is to introduce joint sub-regional and national actions in the SEE region, with the objective of better health, equality and accountability.

The Fourth political document – Chisinau Pledge, SEE Health Strategy 2030 and a new SEE Memorandum of Understanding will be signed at the Forum.

Besides Montenegro, member states of the South-Eastern Europe Health Network (SEEHN) are: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Israel, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania and Serbia.
