State Secretary Filipović with Honorary Consul Nimrod Rinot

State secretary Slobodan Filipović met today in the Ministry of Defence with Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Israel, H.E. Nimrod Rinot.

State Secretary Filipović emphasized that Montenegro constantly invests in developing relations with both regional and international partners and allies. Filipović expressed his assuredness that Montenegro and Israel, as partners, will significantly improve the bilateral cooperation in the field of defence in the forthcoming period. State Secretary Filipović highlighted that Montenegro will continue investing in modernization of the Armed Forces of Montenegro and education of, through future development of constructive partnerships.

Honorary Consul Rinot highlighted that Montenegro has achieved tremendous achievements which correspondingly attributed to successful Euroatlantic integrations, underlining the expectancy for Montenegro to become a full-pledged NATO member in the near future. Rinot expressed readiness for expanding cooperation between Israel and Montenegro within the joint trainings and exchange of experiences in domains of mutual interest.
