Minister Bošković held annual consultations with Montenegrin military-diplomatic representatives accredited abroad

Defense Minister Mr. Predrag Bošković with his associates held today regular annual consultations with military-diplomatic representatives of Montenegro accredited abroad. 

Minister Bošković emphasized that, in this moment when Montenegro becomes a NATO member, the role of military-diplomatic representatives is extremely important, in order to effectively promote the activities of our country through good communication and cooperation with partner states and institutions, and contribute to the realization of plans and goals in the process of integration of Montenegro in NATO.

Military-diplomatic representatives briefed the Minister on the realized activities in the past year and key working priorities in the upcoming period. They highlighted excellent cooperation with the countries where they represent the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of Montenegro.

The meeting was attended by military-diplomatic representatives of Montenegro: Admiral Dragan Samardžić, Montenegrin Defence Attaché to the Republic of Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic and Military Representative to the Permanent Mission of Montenegro to the OSCE;

Lieutenant-Colonel Mitar Klikovac, Defence Attaché to the United States, Canada and Iceland; Lieutenant-General Hajrudin Đerekarac, Defence Attaché in FR Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Denmark, and Captain (N) Dragoslav Pumpalović, Military Advisor to the Mission of Montenegro to NATO and EU.
